Designing clear and structured process guidance

With process modelling, we help you define how people in your organisation collaborate and work across departments. Linking back to your business hierarchy, process models outline what activities are performed, by which role, and what they look like from end-to-end. Once all processes are in place, a process model becomes the operating manual for your entire business. Resulting in improved efficiency, clarity, and collaboration.
Interactive guidance can be used to support people in understanding what work they need to do, and clarifying how to do it. We make procedures compelling and clear by recording business application steps using clear instructions and explanations. This makes onboarding new people more efficient, and allows your existing team to collaborate and improve on the procedures that we document. Process models describe the flow of activities in business processes, and connects processes to applications. Each activity defined in the process is a target for automation, and we know from experience that each business must operate multiple applications to get it right. Well documented application models are often based on enterprise architecture and infrastructures. They define what applications are required to support the process activities people perform. As Bluefort we link processes to applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our business cloud platform. But we don't stop there. Migration

Data migration is a critical success factor for our customers. In order to mitigate risks and ensure success in migrating data we start with a solid definition on the data migration activities in line with the processes defined. Data migration start with teamwork between Bluefort and you. We will define the team that will work on data migration together as one team. Bluefort has extensive experience in data migration and we will team up with your data experts to get the job done. From extracting legacy master and transactional date, to cleaning and enriching data and ending up with the structured upload of data into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 business application. After refining and approving each data migration step, a complete flow of data transactions will be defined and repeated until accepted. Finally, the full flow is execution on User Acceptance Testing and Cut-Over data migration.
Our BPM process flow data is the driver for testing. Once the processes are complete and mapped against application task guidance and instructions, the can be brought forward for testing. The business processes can be assigned to testers who will test each aspect of the business process across one or multiple applications that support the process. Based on test results (pass/fails) rework or issues are tracked and pushed forward for redesign of reconfiguration or perhaps as a gap. Along the way our BPM approach will help to understand test status and track progress and will help to mitigate acceptance risks.
During the implementation Bluefort will work with your team members to define the parameters and setups of the application and showcase the various aspects of how to manage master data like customers or products or creating orders. Based on these workshops and configuration setups the core digital capabilities are defined are anchored into a company wide configuration that can be reused when adding more new legal entities in the future. Once process activities are working as intended interactive guidance and user adoption information is created to ensure the processes are nailed down and scalable to be used by everyone in the organisation.

Train & Go-live

Bluefort has extensive experience training and guiding teams and helping them understand the applications in the context of their roles. We tailor training sessions to maximise output and relevance for your team; basing it on the BPM content created in the projects. That way our training, performed with and for your people will be business relevant and not an application function-features show. We want to train your people how to work in your business context and ensure the technology will follow the business process. We have different training option to meet your needs, from instructor led classroom training to digital self-services training programs. We will make the best choice for your people as one team.
Once the training has been performed an assessment will be conducted to understand the business readiness to launch. The readiness is measured in people readiness, data migration readiness and application readiness. Once the lights are green we start the Cut-over and off we go.
Once the new business application is in production, Bluefort will support your people with hyper-care in the first period. After the change of going into production has stabilised and transitions into mainstream, managed support plans kick in and DevOps is in production, making sure your application runs optima forma.
