Digital Marketing Manager
Responsible for overseeing the overall digital marketing strategy and digital marketing campaigns to promote the group’s brands, working culture, products and services.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have unmatched knowledge of the current marketing tools. The successful candidate will provide strategic insight and manage marketing campaigns and their budgets, while tracking KPIs and performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will also team up with the right international partners and Microsoft and drive the relationship and utilise it for branding and campaigning.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and scrutinise all campaign budgets
  • Coordinate and manage marketing funding opportunities
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan and control the group’s social media channels and websites
  • Grow the websites’ traffic and enable digital growth
  • Work with our content marketing specialist on content creation and distribution
  • Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
  • Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Develop and execute a workable digital marketing strategy with the sales team
  • Collaborate with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centred landing pages
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Manage partnerships with Microsoft and marketing firms

Skills, Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in marketing to the UK market will be considered an asset
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Managing processes
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Able to develop budgets
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in graphic design will be considered an asset
  • Experience in business/financial applications such as ERP systems will be considered an asset
